Can the members vote to smoke in the Aerie if New
York State law states you can't? NO
They have to comply with any and all New York State Laws FIRST. Only if
there are NO paid person and/or employees (that means tips and drink
tickets) and no other paid personnel on the property (Plumber, etc.) the New
York State allow us to smoke if the members want to allow it.
